Overview

Used Campervans UK is a listing platform. We provide a space for sellers to advertise items and for buyers to find them. By using this site — whether to post a listing or browse — you agree to these terms.

The listing fee

• The listing fee is £9.99 per listing, paid upfront via Stripe before your listing goes live.
• The fee is non-refundable once your listing has been published. If your listing is removed for violating these terms, no refund will be issued.
• If your item does not sell within 90 days and you would like to relist it, contact us at [email protected] and we will relist it for free.

Listing duration

Listings are live for 90 days from the date payment is confirmed. After 90 days the listing expires automatically and is removed from public view. Contact us if you need an extension or a free relist.

What sellers must do

• Be accurate. You are responsible for ensuring your listing title, description, price, photos, and condition are truthful and not misleading.
• Own what you list. Only list items you have the right to sell. Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit items, or anything illegal under UK law.
• Respond to buyers. By posting a listing you are inviting contact. Please respond to enquiries promptly and honestly.
• Remove sold items. If your item sells, let us know at [email protected] and we will mark it as sold.

We are not a party to sales

Used Campervans UK is an advertising platform only. We do not buy or sell items, hold money on behalf of buyers or sellers, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any item listed.

All transactions happen directly between the buyer and seller. We have no involvement in and accept no liability for the outcome of any sale arranged through this site.

Buyers should satisfy themselves about an item before purchase. We recommend viewing items in person and paying safely.

Removing listings

We reserve the right to remove or reject any listing at our discretion, including listings that:

• Are illegal or potentially illegal
• Are misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent
• Relate to prohibited items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, etc.)
• Are duplicates or spam
• Are unrelated to the category of this marketplace

No refund will be issued for listings removed due to a violation of these terms.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that listings will attract buyers, or that any sale will complete. We provide the platform on an "as is" basis.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
